1) Service description
Hadithna is a platform for practicing English through interactive conversation, scenarios, and feedback. Content and features may evolve or change over time.
2) Eligibility and account
- You must have the legal capacity to use the service in your country.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your account data and the confidentiality of your password.
- Sharing an account in a way that abuses the service or violates these terms is not allowed.
3) Plans and payment
- A 15-minute free trial is available without a credit card, once only, along with paid plans offering additional features.
- Prices, currency, and renewal method are shown before completing payment.
- Recurring subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date, through your account or payment provider.
- A full refund is available within 7 days of your first paid subscription, as long as you have not used more than 10 minutes of your plan's minutes. After exceeding this limit or after the 7 days have passed, refunds cannot be requested. To apply: support@hadithna.com
4) Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for:
- Any illegal, harmful, or abusive activity.
- Attempting to hack or disrupt the platform or misuse its interfaces.
- Uploading or generating content that infringes others' rights or violates privacy.
- Reselling the service or exploiting it through intensive automation without permission.
- Recording or copying any content from sessions or videos by any means or tool.
- Sharing an account with anyone else or allowing more than one person to use the same account.
- Transferring account data, session data, or any content off the platform.
5) Content and intellectual property
- Our brand, product interface, text, and designs are protected by intellectual property rights.
- User content you enter or record during sessions remains your responsibility, and you grant us a limited license to use it to run and improve the service.
- AI outputs are an educational aid and may contain errors — they are not a substitute for professional advice.
6) Voice sessions
To provide correction and training, the service may process your voice/conversation text. More detail is in the Privacy Policy.
7) Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. It is an educational aid platform, and we do not guarantee specific language outcomes or acceptance into a job or exam.
8) Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hadithna is not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit or data arising from your use of the service. Any direct liability, if it exists, is limited to the amount you paid in the three months preceding the incident.
9) Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violating these terms or misusing the service. You can stop using the service and delete your account via settings or by contacting us.
10) Governing law and amendments
- These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the entity operating Hadithna, with due regard to mandatory consumer rights in your country.
- We may amend these terms; your continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
11) Dispute resolution
