Refund Policy

A refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription, on clear conditions written down before you pay.

This policy applies to paid subscriptions to Hadithna, provided by Hadithna LLC. It is part of our Terms of Use.

In short

  • Your first try is free: 15 minutes, no credit card, once.
  • If you buy a paid plan and it is not for you, you can get a full refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription.
  • As long as you have used no more than 10 minutes of the plan's minutes.

1) What is covered

  • The first paid subscription on your account, on any plan: Starter, Pro or Elite.
  • A request that reaches us within 7 days of the payment date.
  • Use of no more than 10 minutes of the plan's minutes.

2) What is not covered

  • Requests made after 7 days, or after more than 10 minutes of the plan's minutes were used.
  • Later renewals. To stop a renewal, cancel before the renewal date.
  • Extra minute packs once any part of them has been used. If something went wrong with a pack, write to us and we will look at your request.
  • Accounts that broke the Terms of Use.

3) How to ask for a refund

  1. Email support@hadithna.com from the address registered on your account.
  2. Write "Refund request", the payment date and the plan you bought. You may tell us why, but you do not have to.
  3. We review the request and reply within 5 business days.

4) When the money arrives

  • The refund goes back to the payment method you used.
  • After we approve it, it usually arrives within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • When a refund is made, the subscription is cancelled and its minutes stop.

5) Cancelling a subscription

Subscriptions renew automatically every month. If you cancel before the renewal date you will not be charged again. Details are in the Terms of Use and on the Pricing page.

6) Before you open a bank dispute

Please write to us first. We can usually sort it out faster than a bank dispute, and we will refund you if your request falls within this policy.

7) Your legal rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply in your country.
